Essential breakdown information
To ensure we can provide the most efficient and safe recovery service, we require specific details about your breakdown. It is crucial to provide accurate information regarding:
- Whether the wheel is able to roll for loading purposes.
- Your vehicle's location, specifically if you are on the side of a road, a live lane on the motorway, or another type of road.
- The number of passengers needing collection with the vehicle.
- If there are any emergency vehicles (e.g., police, ambulance, fire brigade) currently on the scene.
- Whether the vehicle is an automatic or manual.
- If the vehicle is parked in a safe spot for recovery.
Payment terms and conditions
A non-refundable deposit must be paid via bank transfer before we dispatch a driver to your location. The remaining balance for our services will be due upon the successful delivery of your vehicle to its destination. Please note that any additional services required during the recovery process, which were not initially disclosed or anticipated, will incur extra charges per service provided. These charges will be communicated and agreed upon before further action is taken.
